Graffiti Vandalism

We have a number of actions in place to address graffiti vandalism in our City but crime prevention is everyone’s business and we all have a role to play.

What is Graffiti Vandalism?

Graffiti vandalism is all forms of graffiti defacing public or private property without the property owner’s consent.

What information does the City require in a graffiti report?

The following information will assist the City to locate and remove reported graffiti:

  • Your name and phone number
  • A detailed description of the graffiti location
  • A detailed description of the graffiti or an image
  • Any other details such as the person responsible/vehicle registration or CCTV footage
  • All information is crucial to assisting the City in prosecuting graffiti vandals.

What should I do if I see graffiti elsewhere in my community?

You should report all graffiti for prompt removal as soon as you can, using the online report graffiti form below

From the time of notification for offensive graffiti, please allow 6 hours for it to be removed. Please allow 48 hours for all other reports to be removed.
