Appreciation for conservation sensations

Appreciation for conservation sensations

Five City of Nedlands natural area friend groups came together at the end of April for an appreciation event acknowledging their conservation and restoration work.

Held at Swanbourne dunes, the City wanted to thank them for volunteering to look after local natural areas.

Attendees were led on a bird walk by Birdlife Australia members from and saw numerous coastal bird species including the local white-browed scrubwren.

The Swanbourne Coastal Alliance also celebrated its 10-year anniversary of helping to conserve Swanbourne dunes.
