Adoption of Dogs Amendment
Local Law 2013

The Local Government has resolved to adopt the City of Nedlands Dogs Amendment Local Law 2012.

The purpose of this local law is to provide for the regulation, control and management of dogs and issues relating to dogs within the municipality.

The effect of this local law is to control activities and manage dogs within the municipality.

A copy of the current local law may be inspected at or obtained from the City’s Administration Centre, 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands between 8.30a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, at the Nedlands and Mt Claremont Libraries and from the City’s website www.nedlands.wa.gov.au .

This local law was published in the Government Gazette on Friday 5 July 2013 and will come into operation on Friday 19 July 2013.
