Dogs Amendment Local Law

The City of Nedlands proposes to make a Dogs Amendment Local Law.

The purpose of this local law is to provide for the regulation, control and management of dogs and issues relating to dogs within the municipality.

The effect of this local law is to control activities and manage dogs within the municipality.

A copy of the proposed local law may be inspected at or obtained from the City’s Administration Centre, 71 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and from the City’s website within the Community Consultation section.

Submissions about the local law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Nedlands, PO Box 9, Nedlands 6009, no later than 5pm Thursday 28 March 2013.
