Public Open Space Contributions Policy and Strategy
The City of Nedlands is seeking comment on a Public Open Space Contributions Policy, standalone Strategy, and amendments to the Local Planning Scheme.
The Strategy and Scheme amendments investigate the need for public open space contributions during subdivisions.
The Policy sets out a 7% cash-in-lieu POS contribution on the subdivision of 3 lots or more.
These documents will be open for public comment until COB 17 January 2024.
An opportunity to talk to a planner after hours is available on 4 December from 5pm to 6pm and RSVP is recommended.
