Council has the following committees:
- Audit and Risk Committee
- Chief Executive Officer's Performance Review Committee
- Council Committee
- Sustainable Nedlands Committee
- Arts Committee
These committees were established to enable greater community involvement in the management of these key issues.
Council also has delegates on the following external committees:
- Western Suburbs Regional Organisation of Councils (WESROC)
- Development Assessment Panels
- Lake Claremont Committee
