Under the supervision of skateboarding experts from Skateboarding WA, new riders learned the basics, while those with more experience were able to hone their skills to higher levels.
The day consisted of three, two-hour sessions, with classes graded to ensure the best level of tuition for each group.
Classes included a girls only beginner class for first-time skateboarders; all skill level classes for boys and girls, and an intermediate class for girls of all ages who had mastered the basics.
