City of Nedlands pays tribute to local volunteers in National Volunteer Week 2020

The City of Nedlands is taking this opportunity to thank our team of 160 volunteers for their tireless support across a broad range of services to the community.

While volunteering is a way of life for many Western Australians, the City of Nedlands is particularly fortunate to have so many generous people readily giving their time to assist others.

With the help of volunteers, the City is able to extend its services to include activities such as book clubs, language groups and conservation projects as well as valuable support in driving seniors to appointments and delivering library books to residents unable to leave their homes.

Our volunteers help to create the vibrant sense of community we enjoy in the City of Nedlands.

If you would like to become a volunteer, please contact our Volunteer Resource Centre at: volunteering@nedlands.wa.gov.au or call 9273 3640.
