Annual General Meeting of Electors 2021

In accordance with Section 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to be held at 7pm, Monday 28 June 2021 at the Adam Armstrong Pavilion, Beatrice Road, Dalkeith for the purpose of receiving the Annual and Financial Reports 2019/20 and General Business.

The Agenda and copies of the report will be available from 21 June 2021 from the City’s Administration office (71 Stirling Hwy, Nedlands), City Libraries and via the City's website. Copies of the Annual and Financial Reports will also be available at the meeting.

Any questions you wish to ask at the meeting are to be submitted in writing to the Acting Chief Executive Officer by 12pm Monday, 28 June 2021.

Latest COVID Restrictions

Please be aware COVID-19, 2m2 restrictions with 1.5m social distancing rules apply. Once the venue is at capacity no further admission into the room will be permitted. 
In order to enter the meeting, all attendees must wear a mask and will be required to register using the SafeWA App or by completing the manual contact register prior to entry - as stipulated by Department of Health mandatory requirements.
