Come join our friendly volunteers and Affinity Club Members every Tuesday from 10:15am-till noon and Friday's 10:45am-12:45pm.

Table Tennis offers a great way to make friends and stay fit and active.

There are so many benefits for seniors to play Table Tennis these include improved balance and improved reflexes.
