Development Application Available for Inspection  

 

95A Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith – Amendment to Mixed Use Development   

 

The City has received a development application for the above. The amendments proposed are summarised as:

  • Alterations to the balcony design and setbacks from the western and northern lot boundaries.
  • Alterations to the balcony design and setbacks from the southern lot boundary (Waratah Avenue).
  • Modifications to the artwork design on the eastern wall.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available after hours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 19 October 2022 between 4pm and 6pm, by appointment only.
