About the role
The City of Nedlands is recruiting for a Long-Term CEO. In accordance with Guidelines for Local Government Recruitment and Selection, the Committee of Councillors recruiting the CEO must include an Independent Committee member.
Applications to be an Independent person to participate in the Committee for the CEO recruitment and selection and to bring an impartial perspective to the process, would be welcomed.
About the successful candidate
The Independent person being sought will be:
- A prominent or highly regarded member of the community
- A person with experience in the recruitment of CEO’s and senior exectives
- Former Council members or former staff members of a Local Government
What we offer
The role is an honorary role with reimbursement of costs for travel and meals applicable.
