Notice is hereby given that a Special Council Meeting is to be held at 6pm on Tuesday, 31 October 2023 in the Adam Armstrong Pavilion at 84 Beatrice Road, Dalkeith for the purpose of considering the following items:

  1. Appointment of the Deputy Mayor
  2. Consideration of Responsible Authority Report for Commercial Development at 129-133 Waratah Avenue, Dalkeith
  3. Consideration of Responsible Authority Report for 4 Multiple Dwellings and 6 Grouped Dwellings at 45 Boronia Avenue, Nedlands
  4. Establishment and Appointment of Members to the following Council Committees, Internal Working Groups, External Committees and Panels:
  • CEO Recruitment & Selection Committee
  • Audit & Risk Committee
  • Coastal Management Plan Working Group
  • Foreshore Management Steering Committee
  • Lake Claremont Advisory Committee
