Artist's Statement
They bring ashore the things of the river that are only seen at a distance or are concealed below the surface.
Artwork Description
The three works, rendered in bold colours and geometric shapes, are reminiscent of river markers used for navigation. They can also be read as figures guiding traffic and pedestrians around the park. There is also a braille plaque available next to this artwork.
Acquisition Details
These artworks were gifted to the City of Nedlands by the Nedlands Cultural and Community Society, December 2010.
