Local Planning Policy 5.14: Precincts - Adopted August 2024

Council, at its August 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting, adopted Local Planning Policy 5.14: Precincts. The Policy is available as part of the City’s Local Planning Policies accessed via the City’s website. Copies can also be viewed at the City’s Administration Building located at 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, WA 6009.

At the same meeting Council revoked the following Local Planning Policies:

  • 4.3 Waratah Village Laneway Requirements
  • 5.8 Alexander and Philip Road Height Limit
  • 5.10 Broadway Precinct
  • 5.11 Hampden Hollywood Precinct
  • 5.12 Nedlands Stirling Highway Activity Corridor – Residential
