Proposed Disposition of Property

Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995
The City of Nedlands is considering entering into a lease of a portion of Lot 502 on Deposited Plan 73830 for the purpose of fenced compound for temporary construction lay down facility on the following terms;
Property to be leased: 1086m² portion of Lot 502 on Deposited Plan 73830, John XXIII Avenue, Mount Claremont,
Lessee: Mainswest Pty Ltd (A.B.N 76 161 453 783)
Term of Lease: 2 years
Consideration: $50,000.00 per annum, exclusive of GST and outgoings
Market Value: $31,350.00 per annum, exclusive of GST and outgoings
Written submissions in respect of the proposed lease may be lodged with the City until 5pm, Monday 18th November 2024.
Submissions should be marked ‘Proposed Lease of Portion of Lot 502, John XXIII Avenue, Mount Claremont’ and addressed to the Chief Executive Officer at the City of Nedlands, PO Box 9 Nedlands WA 6909 or emailed to council@nedlands.wa.gov.au.
